By using foxred.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and ORANGE FOX LLC, which operates Foxred.

Foxred provides information about our work, software products, pricing, and policies, along with ways to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use its forms to send spam or unlawful content.

Products linked from Foxred may have their own terms. For example, use of Danki is covered by the Danki Terms of Service.

You can browse Foxred without an account. If you contact us, you provide your name, email address, and message so we can answer you. The Privacy Policy explains how contact information and ordinary website request information are processed, retained, and protected.

Foxred may describe products and prices, but the applicable price, billing period, taxes, and purchase terms are shown before you buy. Apple handles purchases made through the App Store. Where website checkout is offered, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles the charge. If you buy a recurring plan, it renews according to the terms shown at checkout until you cancel it through the provider where you purchased it.

Our Refund Policy explains cancellation, refund requests, and access after a refund. Product-specific terms may describe additional features or eligibility.

Foxred's design, code, writing, photographs, and other owner-created material are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the site for ordinary personal or business evaluation, but may not reproduce or redistribute our material without permission except as allowed by law or an applicable license.

Foxred links to product sites, App Store listings, and other services that have their own terms and policies. The contact form uses Web3Forms to deliver messages. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms.

Some site assets and software libraries may be used under third-party licenses. Nothing in these terms narrows rights granted by those licenses.

Foxred is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, ORANGE FOX LLC makes no warranties that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Product descriptions and availability may change; current purchase details are presented before checkout.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORANGE FOX LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the site or our services change. We will update the date above when we do. Your continued use of Foxred after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms.
